Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account — no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Do you offer a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 5 prompts every day to test PromptPilot without any commitment. Try it thoroughly before upgrading. We're also happy to offer a 7-day Pro trial — just email us at hello@promptpilot.app.
Why is there an India price? Is the product different?
The product is identical. We offer purchasing power parity pricing for India so that the tool is accessible to Indian creators, marketers, and developers. ₹199/mo for Starter, ₹399/mo for Pro, and ₹799/mo for Agency — same full feature set as the USD plans.
What happens when I hit the daily free limit?
After 5 prompts, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Your free count resets at midnight every day. You can upgrade to any paid plan to remove the limit immediately.
Does the Agency plan include my own API key or yours?
In the current self-hosted version, you supply your own OpenAI API key. The Agency plan's "API access" refers to PromptPilot's own optimization API — a dedicated endpoint you can call programmatically to generate prompts from your own apps or workflows.
